949t reserves the right to void any bets associated with match fixing or betting fraud. Winnings from such bets will not be paid out.

• Opening or operating more than one account per person.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Operating in a manner intended to abuse the bonus system.
• Transacting through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Stealing another member's information or gaining unauthorized access to their account.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a betting service for others.
• Assisting in match-fixing or placing bets related to such activity.

949t reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete KYC information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Members may request account closure at any time. Contact our support team and the account will be closed within 24 hours. Balances remaining in inactive accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee after a certain period.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Losses or damages resulting from issues with your device or software.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.

The maximum compensation will be limited to your account balance or the amount deposited at the time of the incident, whichever is applicable.
